Shipping & Refunds

Shipping ~ Australia  

For the cost of your domestic delivery, please visit the checkout page as shipping will automatically be calculated for you. Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be sent either the same day or next working day.  From dispatch date, we estimate that your parcel should arrive within 2-4 business days. We use AUS post for our deliveries within Australia.  As a general guide, allow up to 2 days for delivery within the Melbourne metropolitan area, 2-5 days for other capital cities and slightly longer for country areas. To track your package, you'll receive an email with a unique tracking number.  Express delivery is available on request (charges apply). For large orders, a courier service can be arranged.  

Shipping ~ International 

For the cost of your international delivery, please visit the checkout page as shipping will be automatically calculated for you. Kindly be aware, prices (including delivery charges) on this site are listed in Australian Dollars. We endeavour to send your order the same day or next business day. Allow up to 15 working days for delivery into major cities and slightly longer for rural/country areas. Please be aware that delivery times can vary, if further clarification is required, check with your local postal service for more details. Customers are responsible if any import duties or local taxes are payable. Express delivery is available on request (charges apply).

Warehouse Pick Up

We are happy to offer you the option of collecting your order from our warehouse at no additional cost. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for collection, we aim to have orders processed for pick up within 2-4 business days.

Shipping ~ Samples Policy  

Samples are sent via Australia post. Standard postage is not tracked and may be subject to delays beyond our control. Approximate postage times as follows: Australia: 2-7 working days, North America, Europe and Asia: 10-15 working days.

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. 

We will happily accept returns on the basis of damage in transit, faulty goods or inaccuracy. Please email us at if a fabric is faulty, we will replace it at no charge - if we are unable to do so we will refund both cost and shipping fee (where applicable). 

Textile Merchants reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny return or exchange of goods if we do not deem them to be damaged or in the case of exchange, if they are not returned to us in original condition.
